Jillian is able to provide a range of assessments including Therapeutic Needs Assessment, Parenting Capacity Assessments & Placement Assessments.

Jillian has been trained and has extensive experience in providing Risk and Needs Assessments for Children and Young People who have engaged in sexually harmful or abusive behaviour.

Assessments include:

• Assessment interviews with a child or young person,
• Assessment interviews with parents/carers
• Review of information relevant to the assessment, including agency files, services involved with the family
• A comprehensive report following the assessment

Assessments are provided for a range of government and non-government agencies such as: Family & Community Services, Out of Home Care Agencies and Education Facilities.

All assessments are completed within a child protection framework which, prioritises the child/ren’s safety at all times. Assessments can be completed in Jillian’s therapy room at Erina, throughout NSW and nationwide upon request.
